Job summary

Trinseo is a global materials company seeking a Production Operator for Florence, KY. The role involves moving product through Sawline, Sander and Packaging areas and requires 12-hour shifts with overtime. Compensation starts at $22.96 per hour with no weekend work.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and the ability to read a tape measure. Some experience with JDE and Microsoft Email is favorable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure and count sheets/footage.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts with overtime.
• Able to work with hazardous chemicals with PPE.
• Good English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process and move product through Sawline, Sander & Packaging production areas.
• Forklift/overhead crane/push dolly with skid experience preferred but not required.
• Keep accurate count of sheets on pallets or footage on reel (must be able to count).
• Monitor cuts to ensure dimensions are correct and square (must read tape measure).
• Follow operating procedures, quality and safety guidelines for area 5S checklist.
