Dairy Farm Families is seeking a production line operator to operate and maintain equipment and ensure product quality on the line. Responsibilities include stocking, adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintaining safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station.
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify appropriate personnel for maintenance.
• Observe operations and adjust speed controls to maintain quality.
• Clean and maintain equipment per guidelines.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow GMP and corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
