You will coach, monitor daily operations, set performance expectations, and coordinate schedules while promoting safety and quality. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and supervising teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing employee performance and achieving operational goals.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate teams and build a positive, results-oriented culture.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.

Responsibilities
