Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• OR 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in food processing or packaging.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a safe work environment and conduct safety checks.
• Lead the team to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
