Job summary

GEDIA Georgia is seeking a dedicated team player to manage the third shift in our auto parts production line. You will oversee hot stamping, robotic welders, and laser cell operations, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time output.

Responsibilities include coordinating machine schedules, tracking production metrics, and maintaining quality with process controls. This role requires strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating production machines
• Strong knowledge of hot stamping and assembly techniques
• Experience coordinating weld fixtures and maintenance
• Ability to schedule machine assignments and overtime
• Identify and resolve quality issues per process control

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate production machines on third shift
• Monitor daily production numbers and adjust as needed
• Ensure correct orders, labels, and stock of supplies
• Coordinate tool changes and fixture setups
• Communicate shift notes to day shift with safety and quality updates
