Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lead Production Associate for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in North Brunswick Township, NJ. You will guide a production team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with maintenance and supervisors to meet targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of leadership or manufacturing experience. Benefits start day one and include comprehensive medical options, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Minimum).
• 2+ years of lead or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow and communicate written and verbal work instructions.
• Commitment to working safely and following all safety rules and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Requires constant standing and walking throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Guide production team in operating machinery, packaging, and inventory.
• Maintain safety compliance and high quality standards.
• Oversee quality control, manage policies and address issues with materials and WIP.
• Inspire and lead team to meet production targets.
• Foster a collaborative, open teamwork environment.
• Set clear team objectives and ensure understanding.
• Coordinate with supervisor to complete tasks.
• Work with maintenance to ensure equipment operates properly.
• Accept additional projects as assigned.
