Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Associate for the 3rd shift to inspect product quality and perform testing in a manufacturing QA lab. You will ensure conformity to specifications, operate test equipment, and assist with troubleshooting across shifts.

Responsibilities include recording data, communicating deviations, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while adhering to safety practices. Training and development programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of related or production experience required.
• Able to read, write and have working knowledge of machine mechanics.
• Must have good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Able to perform Extrusion Associate 1 duties and operate testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product for quality within specifications.
• Conduct tests to reveal non‑visual product flaws.
• Accept in‑spec product; reject out‑of‑spec product.
• Ensure testing equipment is in proper working order.
• Notify supervisor of deviations for quick correction.
• Maintain QA paperwork accurately and legibly.
