RR Donnelley is seeking a 3rd shift operator to run table top and automated equipment for processing statements, letters and notices. You will ensure quality, setup and maintenance, while coordinating with vendors as needed.

The role requires 1+ years’ experience, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime, weekends, and holidays are expected as part of production schedules.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in operating electronic and/or mechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and detail orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Achieve standard production and quality goals.
• Perform moderate mechanical adjustments and setups.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends/holidays.
• Work under direct supervision and follow guidelines.
• Operate moderately complex machines and troubleshoot.
• Good communication with staff and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Operate table top equipment and manual handling to process statements and notices.
• Capture, sort, or distribute items using machinery to meet requirements.
• Set up equipment such as postage meters and folding equipment.
• Monitor quality and prepare work for subsequent processing.
• Perform moderate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Communicate with technical vendors as required.
• Execute jobs through a PC under supervision.
• May assist senior operators and support junior staff.
