Mural Group is hiring for a Production Associate on the 3rd shift at the West Chicago, IL facility (625 Wegner Dr). This entry-level role supports polymer colorants and specialty additives production in a global materials environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in manufacturing, and an active forklift license. PPE and safety rules apply; lifting and material handling are required in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment.
• Active forklift license required.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly; occasional handling up to 250 pounds.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with dust, chemical exposure, and required PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve correct batch documentation and ensure ingredients are properly staged in the work area.
• Weigh out ingredients to recipe specifications as required.
• Set up and operate weigh-up and packaging machinery following safety and operating procedures.
• Process, package, and skid finished material to correct size and container per customer specifications.
• Support Production Operators with materials and supplies to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Perform machine cleaning and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately.
• Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor or lead promptly.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and work regulations throughout the shift.
