Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Moline, IL is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support our manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. You will operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods safely across warehouse and production areas, keeping the environment clean and productive.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, conducting basic equipment logs, performing spill cleanup, monitoring quality, and assisting with production orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience monitoring gauges or machinery indicators preferred.
• Experience operating packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and logs.
• Perform spill cleanup and assist with rework.
• Monitor inventory and quality of materials.
• Support cross-department production orders.
• Report equipment issues promptly and follow SOPs.
• Provide training to teammates when needed.
• Suggest improvements to procedures.
• Keep tools and workspace tidy.
