Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close job orders in the ERP system per company policies.
• Verify job orders are correct in ERP and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify correct materials and correct lot numbers on manufacturing lines.
• Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts (cartons, caps, labels).
• Assist with training new operators or SOPs.
• Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements under the shift supervisor.
• Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the shift supervisor.
• Fill in for line workers due to absences or vacations.
• Adhere to all GMPs.
• All other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
