Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA is seeking a 3rd Shift Associate Production/Assembly Worker. You will assemble Sycool units and foam panel doors, perform material handling, and maintain Kanban inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools. Overtime and weekend hours are required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading is required.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools as part of daily work.
• Safe, efficient material handling and inventory control are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Sycool units and foam panel doors/front jamb assemblies per defined processes.
• Perform final assembly tasks (handles, hinges) and QA checks.
• Maintain Kanban levels and inventory control.
• Follow Munters Quality System and safety rules at all times.
• Assist in training new employees and support continuous improvement.
