Job summary

Munters Corporation (Daleville, VA) is seeking a 3rd Shift Associate Production/Assembly Worker to assemble Sycool units and foam panel doors, following defined processes. You will perform material handling, inventory control, and QA documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and familiarity with hand and power tools. Overtime and a strong manufacturing environment are expected.

Final assembly of foam panel doors (i.e. install door handles and hinges).Perform material handling procedures in a safe and effective manner.Inventory control as it relates to the position (responsible for ensuring Kanban levels are maintained).Adhere to Munters Quality System, maintain & submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.Observe and enforce all safety rules.Other Duties:Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.Tools and Equipment:Use hand and hand power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices such as vacuum lifters, cranes and forklifts.Assembling sheet metal parts and components using various hand and power toolsInstalling electrical, gas, and air conditioning equipmentTesting of equipmentLoading of finished product on trucksAssisting in on-the-job training of newer employeesCompleting quality assurance inspection and in-process paperworkEducation:Minimum of High School Diploma or GEDSkill Requirements:Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, use of measuring devices, excellent mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.Training Requirements:Munters Corp.
