Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Process Coordinator to support Fill & Assembly leadership. You will ensure lines run at peak performance, rotate crews per safety guidelines, and investigate variances before P.O. TECO’d.

You will interact with Quality and various departments to meet production goals, Maintain GMP/GDP, and demonstrate strong math, communication, and multitasking skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or High School diploma.
• Communicate in English.
• Must have strong communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Display strong math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages).
• Proficient computer skills (SAP, TML, Office).
• Must be detail oriented.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Lead the Line Team to achieve efficient Production Runs and Changeovers.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Required to have and maintain a good attendance record.
• Required to work in all Work centers in Production.
• Able to work overtime.
• Work with the Quality Specialists to ensure completeness and P.O. folder closure.
• Adhere to all SOP Guidelines and Golden Rules pertaining to Company Policies.
• Collaborate and work with Supporting Departments to meet our department goals.
• Able to perform other duties assigned (e taking attendance, etc).

Responsibilities

• Oversee filling and assembly to maximize production efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with Quality Specialists to verify P.O. folder closure.
• Mentor line personnel to support EH&S goals.
• Rotate crew and lead production runs and changeovers.
• Maintain GMP and GDP compliance and take attendance as needed.
