Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills and English reading/writing ability.
• 1+ year quality coordination or production experience preferred for respective areas.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to navigate computer systems.
• Willing to work overtime; able to work all shifts and Northtec facilities as needed.
• Must pass written and practical tests; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit orders for accuracy and specifications.
• Provide quality standards for presser/packers or assemblers.
• Assist supervisor with random audits and document results.
• Evaluate processes to ensure conformity to standards and document findings.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions; may train new staff.
• Perform clerical tasks and input data into systems.
• Verify line clearance and monitor flow racks for accuracy.
