Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong service and quality focus; identify root causes and educate the team.
• Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Proficiency with computer applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and learn printing techniques and operations.
• Operate machine under supervision or guidance of Print Op III.
• Sort, label, and package finished goods per customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect general appearance of finished product.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and supply chain.
• Prepare support for machine operators and setup activities.
• Coordinate information to shift/department personnel for efficient operations.
• Track multiple orders being packed simultaneously.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S audits.
• Assist in equipment maintenance as directed.
• Participate in group problem solving and improvement activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
