Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to obtain Lift Truck Operator’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Proficient with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute quality inspection of products before shipment, ensuring adherence to specs.
• Operate and maintain machinery, including setup and preventative maintenance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop quality control plans for new products and processes with engineering/production.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics; use SPC and quality tools.
• Train and mentor employees on advanced inspection techniques.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely per regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, productivity and safety.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive improvement.
• Lead problem-solving teams to tackle manufacturing challenges.
