Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corp in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Press Assistant to support the printing press operator, ensuring food safety and quality standards while meeting customer specifications.

This 3rd shift Fri-Sun position runs 3:00 am to 3:00 pm with a $2.50 shift differential. You will load materials, verify ink viscosity, assist with changeovers, and keep the ERP system updated throughout production.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Quality and safety minded.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Effective time management and planning of work.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the flexographic printing process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operator to ready, operate, and maintain press within food safety and quality standards.
• 3rd shift Fri-Sun 3:00 am–3:00 pm; shift differential $2.50.
• Load materials for each print run meeting customer specs.
• Verify ink viscosity per SOP.
• Label finished goods and components.
• Record materials and goods in ERP via mobile device.
• Assist with changeovers, demounting, and plate cleaning.
• Identify non-conforming material.
• Minimize waste; keep area clean and safe.
• Follow GMP and SQF documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
