4over in Arlington, TX is looking for an Assistant Press Operator to support the press team on 3rd shift. You will assist with setup, loading stock, and monitoring print quality while maintaining ink levels and cleanliness of presses. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and reliable attendance.

The position is a regular full-time shift with a wage of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Training may occur at other times, and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with a Sheet Fed Press Operator
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in setting up, adjusting, and maintaining presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload paper, ink, and materials onto the press, ensuring stock is aligned for printing.
• Monitor print runs for quality; report issues to the press operator.
• Assist in ink mixing and maintain ink levels for consistent color across runs.
• Identify minor technical issues and help troubleshoot under supervision.
• Clean presses, rollers, and equipment regularly to maintain printing conditions.
• Support production team with preparing materials and organizing job orders.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Perform paperwork and maintain housekeeping in work areas.
