Qualifications

• Reads and follows procedures, processes, and instructions.
• Understands product drawings and basic blueprints.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses and machine combinations to produce a variety of products.
• Ensure presses are operating efficiently and adjust to meet production rates.
• Install accessories in molds or presses as needed.
• Operate forklifts and jitneys up to 25% of the time.
• Work in warm conditions around hot equipment; use pre-heaters/bake ovens up to 50% of the time.
• Use hand tools and measuring/recording accessories up to 50% of the time.
• Learn and operate drill presses, grinder wheels, dust collectors, and vacuums.
• Maintain required physical movements and safety while performing duties.
