Job summary

Vomela Company in Englewood, CO is seeking a Press Operator for the 3rd shift to ensure safe, timely and accurate production of print jobs.

You will set up presses, review tickets, monitor color quality, perform maintenance, mix inks, inspect outputs, log data, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. High school diploma required; printing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous printing or press operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses based on job requirements.
• Review job tickets and specifications to ensure correct materials, ink, and settings.
• Monitor press during production to maintain color consistency and print quality.
• Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Mix and manage ink colors to match client specifications.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift: 3rd Shift role, Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am

Pay Range: $23 - 28.00 USD/hourly

Job Summary

The Press Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate completion of print jobs.
