Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience, or 2–4 years operating machinery in a regulated environment.
• Experience with reading drawings/blueprints and interpreting specifications.
• Ability to inspect parts visually and dimensionally.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery under moderate supervision.
• Applies proficiency to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• May assist in equipment set-up or calibration of complex assignments.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.
