Job summary

Arthrex in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I for a 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am). You will perform routine maintenance, clean CNC chip beds, and monitor oil levels to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least six months of related maintenance experience, with the ability to operate vacuums and basic tools, and to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of related training and/or experience in maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

Clean chip beds and vacuum reservoirs in CNC machines.
Process chips to extract oil with the chip spinner.
Return recovered oil to the machines.
Dispose of metal chips into recycle containers.
Ensure machines have proper oil levels and monitor oil inventory.
Assist with other facility maintenance duties as needed.
