Job summary

Vandor is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor Technician for a 3rd shift, full-time role. You will coordinate a production team, allocate tasks, and set up injection molds on molding machines according to schedule, aiming to reduce scrap and improve on-time deliveries.

You will ensure safety, oversee machine performance, and drive quality improvements in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Benefits available after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of manufacturing experience.
• Two years of injection molding experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and allocates team members based on production demands.
• Coordinates and oversees training of team members.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure performance.
• Troubleshoots processes to ensure quality.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly work place.
