Job summary

Chromalloy in the United States is seeking a Coating - Plasma - Chemical Process Operator for the 3rd shift to apply pack aluminide coatings on gas turbine components. You will follow detailed work instructions, monitor coating application, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. Overtime may be required to meet production needs, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform A12 furnace load, spray coating application, abrasive blasting per instructions.
• Maintain safety rules and quality standards in all tasks.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines as required.
• Prepare quality documents and verify own work using inspection tools.
