Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, labeling, centrifuging, and maintaining and recording data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and demonstrate proper technique.
• Ensure correct matching of requisitions, labeling, and specimen handling per protocol; prepare for transport and storage.
