Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner, 3rd shift, to perform interior cleaning and light exterior maintenance at our Raleigh area properties. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures.

The position supports building operations with routine duties, on-call coverage for emergencies, and collaboration with facilities staff. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, with basic mechanical knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Some related experience.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in case of an emergency.
• Practice the necessary safety protocols and procedures.
• Follows through and carries out work orders.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building per established procedures.
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as directed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, fixtures, simple repairs).
• Support with inventory control and general duties as needed.
• Report spills, safety issues, and equipment concerns to management.
