Job summary

Plascore Inc. is seeking a Laminator for our Panels division on the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM). You will laminate panels using hot and cold press processes, prepare skins and cores, read drawings, and complete logs.

A $1,200 sign-on bonus is included, plus ongoing incentives and comprehensive benefits. The position requires attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, with overtime availability and ITAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work overtime.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build panels using skins, core, frames, rails and other components.
• Load and unload panels from press and prepare platens.
• Prepare skins & core according to process specifications and BOM.
• Read work orders and apply materials per the electronic data system.
• Calculate pressure for operation and perform adhesive testing per specs.
• Inspect finished product for appearance, alignment and bonding.
• Maintain logs and logs; participate in continuous improvement.
