Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Painter to join our Transformers Line on 3rd shift, starting at $26.20 per hour with a $2.50 shift premium. The shift runs 11pm–7am, with overtime possible. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments, with benefits availability and performance-based progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months spray-painting experience required.
• Six months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence within 50 miles of the facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for spraying, including bare metal areas and feather edging.
• Check Bills of Material for correct color and thickness.
• Set and monitor pump pressures, heater temps, and air/fluid pressures for proper spray condition.
• Change filters and maintain spray booth cleanliness.
• Cross-train and perform duties in other team areas.
