Job summary

Henny Penny Corporation in Eaton, OH is seeking an Entry Painter for the 3rd shift to paint frames, carriage weights, sub parts, tracks and trucks. You will operate spray guns and booths, and manage Dip Tank processes to support our high‑volume food equipment manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of painting experience, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety and Kanban/JDE procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of painting experience required.
• Ability to perform basic math and read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates spray gun and booth and maintains painting equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and tracks Kanban cards in JDE.
• Maintains clean work environment and follows safety procedures.
• Completes assigned tasks within daily schedule with quality.
