Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO, is seeking an Industrial Painter (3rd shift) to prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings to pipes, vessels, and components.

You will mix coatings, operate spray equipment, inspect finished work, and maintain equipment, following ITPs and drawings, with overtime as needed.

This role requires 3 years painting experience and a high school diploma, plus certifications such as forklift and crane/rigger; 3rd shift schedule 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive, industrial, or commercial painting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for coating per instructions and quality standards.
• Mix, prepare, and apply industrial coatings and paint systems.
• Operate spray equipment to achieve proper coating coverage and finish.
• Inspect surfaces and coatings for quality, thickness, and conformity to specs.
• Load/unload materials with cranes, forklifts or handling equipment.
• Maintain and store painting tools and PPE, ensuring a clean work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Read orders/drawings and follow process instructions precisely.
• Report equipment issues or coating defects to the appropriate personnel.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
