Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions in Toledo, OH is seeking an Industrial Painter for the 2nd shift (5:00 PM–3:30 AM), with overtime Fridays as needed. Training on the 1st shift is available to help you ramp up quickly and safely.

You will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensure even coverage, perform touch-ups, and maintain a tidy, safe, indoor manufacturing area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial painting experience preferred.
• Proficient with painting tools including spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

$18 - $20/hr - based on experience

Working Conditions

This position is based in a controlled, indoor manufacturing environment. A flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, may be required to meet production demands.
