MSA Safety in Murrysville, PA is seeking a Pad Print Operator for the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–6:30 am, Monday–Friday). This hands-on role involves setting up and operating pad print machines to apply logos on hard hats and ensuring production meets quality standards.

You will read job instructions, prepare inks and clichés, perform machine adjustments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with team members to keep production on schedule while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months previous manufacturing or related experience.
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions.
• Ability to distinguish colors and visually inspect results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Pad Print Machines to print logos on hard hats.
• Interpret job documentation, pull materials, mix inks and prepare clichés.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines and troubleshoot to ensure logo quality.
• Maintain documentation, use computer software, and keep the work area clean.
• Meet plant quality and productivity standards and complete required paperwork.
