Job summary

Smyth-Green Bay is seeking a Packing Associate for the 3rd shift to join a collaborative finishing team. You will inspect for defects, pack orders, follow safety rules and keep your area clean while aiding continuous improvements in finishing operations.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or equivalent, can lift 50 lbs, stand/bend during shift, and may have 1+ year manufacturing experience. Training on 1st shift may apply.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, math and problem‑solving skills, with clear written and spoken English.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines on multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for a diverse team.
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service and respond promptly to internal inquiries.
