Job summary

Green Bay Packaging in Wisconsin is seeking a meticulous Catcher Packer to inspect and pack cartons with speed and precision. You’ll learn and apply safety protocols while handling repetitive motions and lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and ergonomic safety, with training on first shift and a chance to grow within a fast-paced folding carton facility. Training and overtime may be required to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a 'quality-first' attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills to coordinate with your team.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am (Sunday - Thursday) including some overtime and weekends to meet customer demand.
• Training on 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday)
• Prior manufacturing experience is great, but we are happy to train anyone who has the right work ethic and physical drive.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting cartons in real-time to ensure they meet strict customer standards.
• Packing cartons efficiently, setting up tapers/labelers, and operating ream cutters.
• Managing offline packing and quality re-work projects as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all PPE and ergonomic guidelines.
