Job summary

Westaff is seeking a 3rd shift Packer/Machine Operator in Gardner, MA for an immediate start. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 11:00pm–7:00am, with a pay rate of $18/hr. Location is Gardner, MA.

The role involves producing cable ties, operating designated machinery, and ensuring accurate counts and weights per package according to orders. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and will benefit from weekly pay, online skill-building training, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating packaging machinery is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counts and weights.

Responsibilities

• Produce cable ties in accordance with our predetermined quality standards.
• Work on assigned machinery to produce cable ties, ensuring accurate counts and weights per package in accordance with order specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of product, proper packaging and labels to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
