Job summary

Kissner Milling Company is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator to run and maintain packaging lines, conduct weight checks, and ensure proper seal quality. This role requires training as both hopper and sealer, plus strict adherence to QEHS policies.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience in an industrial packaging environment. Overtime may be required in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-inspections of the work area before starting production.
• Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Communicate any equipment or work area deficiencies to the Supervisor or Lead.
• Ensure the correct product is packaged in the right bag.
• Operate machinery, including forklifts, to meet production demands.
• Conduct weight checks every 30 minutes and record the data.
