Job summary

Kissner Milling Company is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator to run and maintain the packaging lines, including scales, baggers, and heat sealers. You will perform pre-inspections, ensure safety, and monitor weights and seals.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong English communication, and willingness to work overtime in an industrial environment compliant with QEHS and HACCP policies. Experience with packaging and mobile equipment is preferred; training includes both hopper

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Experience with packaging and mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-inspections of the work area before starting production.
• Operate packaging lines and related equipment, including forklifts.
• Conduct weight checks every 30 minutes and record data.
• Label finished product pallets into inventory and maintain housekeeping.
• Follow QEHS policies including HACCP compliance.
