Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator for the Franklin Township, NJ area to join our client’s packaging operations. The role requires operating packaging lines, monitoring performance, and tackling line issues to prevent downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow start-up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and shutdown procedures, and a readiness to perform minor adjustments and repairs on a production line.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot minor line issues on a packaging line.
• Attention to detail to monitor quality and finish good products.
• Experience operating a production line and following start-up/shut-down procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines, including start-up and shut down procedures.
• Monitor production to ensure the line runs properly and consistently.
