ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator for the Franklin Township, NJ area to join our client’s packaging operations. The role requires operating packaging lines, monitoring performance, and tackling line issues to prevent downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow start-up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and shutdown procedures, and a readiness to perform minor adjustments and repairs on a production line.

Qualifications

Our client, A beauty manufacturingclient is seeking a Machine Operator3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Packaging Operations team supporting production goals on the line. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on quality, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to troubleshoot and keep work moving—aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Franklin Township, NJ

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift:Sunday - Thursday |10:45 PM - 6:45 AM
