As a Pack Operator you will operate, adjust, and troubleshoot machines, maintain safety and quality, document labels, and handle scraps and rework. This on-site role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to use basic tools and read gauges.
• Reading blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Light physical effort (lifting 5–25 pounds).
• English reading/writing; follow safety and quality instructions.
• Overtime flexibility.
• No written disciplinary action for policy/safety in last six months.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to meet service level goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and QA on FPI.
• Properly fill out all documentation and labels.
• Properly handle scrap, rework, and mixed product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
