Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist.
• Background supporting hourly workforces in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for third-shift operations.
• Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address employee concerns and workforce challenges.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Support employee coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies.
• Track workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting through Excel and Google Sheets.
• Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations and best practices.
• Help drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture across overnight operations.
