Budget Car Rental is hiring entry-level car detailers/cleaners for our Airport location in Atlanta. This role greets customers and prepares vehicles for rental, with a midnight shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• Experience in detailing or car wash is desirable.
• Computer literacy required to handle reports and checklists.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work at multiple Atlanta locations.
• Capability to lift at least 30 lbs and work outside.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Budget Car Rental of Atlanta is looking to hire car detailers/cleaners to fill vacancies at our Airport location. This is an entry level position greeting customers and preparing vehicles for rental. Midnight shift is from 11:00pm -7:00am. Qualified candidates must be flexible to working nights and weekends. We offer competitive pay paid vacations, paid holidays, paid personal days, and a 401K.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage upon rental and return
• Document mileage, damage and gas level upon vehicle return
• Refuel vehicles and maintain gas logs when applicable (includes daily tank measurements)
• Clean interior, exterior, and tires of all vehicles
• Check and add fluids (if necessary) to vehicles
• Ensure all safety features and mechanical devices are in working condition (i.e. lights, horn, windows, air-condition/heat, etc.)
• Stage (fill out inspection slip w/ location) or deliver vehicle to customer
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents, other locations and/or other areas when needed
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotion etc.

Qualifications

• Previous detail or car wash experience
• Computer literate
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
