Aerotek is hiring an Order Picker/Packer for a 3rd shift in Waukesha, WI. This contract-to-hire role involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will work with RF scanners and team members in a 25-person warehouse.

The position runs 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Eligibility for benefits varies by role and tenure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing/loading/unloading or general labor.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming pick tickets to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Locate products using RF scanners and follow picking processes.
• Build pallets with picked orders and place at loading docks.
• Wrap and secure orders on pallets for transport.
• Load/unload trucks and lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.
