Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Warehouse Worker on 12-hour shifts in Prairie Du Chien, WI. You will support a large distribution center, cross-trained across departments, focusing on accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Offered shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. 12-hour days and a shift premium. Paid weekly with robust benefits and onsite requirements for security and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in loading/unloading, general labor, or warehouse work.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for picking/packing/inventory tasks.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift/move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and handle merchandise safely to avoid damage.
• Pick, inspect, and verify products to fulfill customer orders.
• Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Stock, replenish, and organize inventory for efficient workflow.
• Route orders to the correct department or shipping area for dispatch.
