Job Description

The Order Picker/Packer accurately selects, packs, and prepares products for shipment while maintaining inventory levels and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role uses warehouse technology to locate items, builds and wraps pallets for loading, and helps ensure orders are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming pick tickets to ensure orders are accurate and complete.

• Locate products in the warehouse using technology, including RF scanners, and follow established picking processes.

• Build pallets with picked orders and position them at the appropriate loading docks for outbound shipments.

• Wrap and secure orders on pallets before loading them onto trucks to prevent damage during transit.

• Load and unload trucks, consistently lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in roles such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, or general labor.

• Ability to consistently lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse packing and picking operations.

• Comfort working on a third-shift schedule.

• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
