Job summary

Aerotek in Hartland, WI is hiring a Warehouse Worker - Picking/Loading to support daily beer and liquor delivery operations. You will load and unload trucks, assist drivers on routes, and keep a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, using RF scanners, and performing packing and order pulling with attention to health, safety, and quality standards. It is a contract position with a 6:30pm–5am shift Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience in general labor, loading, unloading, or order picking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in packing, picking, and order pulling.
• Ability to use RF scanners for order selection and inventory tracking.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle high-volume orders and multiple stops.
• Reliability and stamina to work physically demanding shifts and complete all assigned stops.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks carrying cases of beer and liquor, handling approximately 600 cases per shift.
• Consistently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Use hand carts to transport products, including navigating stairs, ramps, and various delivery locations.
• Assist drivers with daily delivery routes, supporting up to 50 stops per day.
• Perform general warehouse labor tasks such as packing, picking, and order pulling.
• Use RF scanners to accurately pick and pack orders according to delivery requirements.
• Follow established health and safety policies and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in the warehouse.
• Support accurate loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely completion of all stops.
• Multitask effectively to manage multiple orders and priorities during the shift.
