Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Operator V - PPB Packing in Cleveland to support plastic bottle packing lines, ensure product quality, and maintain smooth production flow. You will follow SOPs, perform line clearances, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires mechanical proficiency, basic computer/documentation skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with good teamwork and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Mechanical proficiency required.
• Familiarity with quality and safety procedures preferred.
• Able to read and interpret computer control documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing production operations: stack-off, visual inspection, batch documentation, operating work saver; maintain steady flow of bottles on packing conveyors.
• Set up machine parameters per operating procedures and develop understanding of all department equipment.
• Run line and perform line clearance, quality checks, material movement, and mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Enter production data in applicable systems and report abnormalities with corrective actions.
