Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Operator V - PPB Packing in Cleveland to perform essential duties on plastic pour bottle packing lines.

You will manage stack-off, inspection, batch documentation, and maintain a steady bottle flow on conveyors, while following SOPs and quality standards. You will set up machines, monitor parameters, perform line clearance, and assist with data entry and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Mechanical proficiency.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley controls a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and procedures.
• Documentation legibility and accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing operations, including stack-off, inspection, batch documentation, and maintaining bottle flow on conveyors.
• Set up machine parameters per procedures and develop understanding of department equipment.
• Conduct line clearance, quality checks, material movement, and mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Run label machine and ensure product acceptability using blueprints and BOMs.
• Enter production data into applicable systems and report abnormalities.
