Job Purpose

Ensures the preparation of quality baked goods (bread, buns) by working on the production line in various areas as described below.

Essential Job Results

• Produces quality dough by preparing ingredients, mixing, and ensuring consistency.
• Assists in dough production by following recipes and measuring ingredients.
• Ensures bread quality by knowing when to transfer dough from proof box to oven and loading the oven.
• Operates divider machines, monitors weights and temperatures, and maintains product presentation standards.
• Loads unbaked goods into the oven for baking.
• Maintains conveyor system efficiency by managing pans and cleaning as needed.
• Ensures product quality by understanding product specifications and suggesting improvements.
